US President Donald Trump says China is not living up to its commitments in fulfilling Phase 1 of the US-China trade deal. This comes as US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Chinese Vice-Premier Liu Ha are set to meet in the coming days for a six-month review of the deal.
