The new interim manager of Manchester United, Ralf Rangnick gave a press conference on Friday morning ahead of his first official match to be played on Sunday against Crystal Palace.

“I think it’s pretty obvious that the team, the team have abundant talent, young talented players, but also enough experienced players in the squad,” explained Rangnick.

“But I mean the major, the major target for me in the next couple of weeks, days, weeks is just to bring more balance into the team,” added Rangnick.

The former manager of RB Leipzig and Hoffenheim manager was appointed by the administrative board of Manchester United on November 29 after the dismissal of former Norwegian football player and then-coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Rangnack has been appointed as an interim manager for six months and could eventually end up continuing as an advisor for the club for another two years.
