UK: Pele's stunning collection of sports memorabilia set for charity auction in London

An exhibition curated by Brazil football legend Pele is set to go to auction next week, as shown in footage filmed at the Mall Galleries in central London on Thursday. The highest bidders will walk away with lots including match-worn shirts from the likes of David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar Jr.
The project is set to help fund the Pele Foundation with the expressed aim of helping those suffering from COVID-19 in Brazil.
Other lots at the three-time-World-Cup-winner’s auction include the 2015 Champions League final match ball, China legend Yao Ming’s signed basketball shoe, boxing gloves used by Mark Wahlberg in the film ‘The Fighter’ and Pele’s personally commissioned 18k gold cast bronze foot.
Julien’s are also set to auction off Real Madrid legend Alfredo di Stefano’s personal estate, including an Argentina shirt signed by Lionel Messi and the 1989 Super Ballon D’Or award.
