Ukraine: Poroshenko attacked with green dye during Independence Day celebrations in Kiev

Former president Petro Poroshenko was doused with green dye during celebrations of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence on in Kiev on Tuesday.

Footage shows Poroshenko covered with stains on his face and clothes getting into a police car and leaving.

Before the incident, Poroshenko took part in the March of Defenders of Ukraine - a rally traditionally held in Kiev participants of the military operation in the Donbass.
