USA: American military resumes evacuation flights from Kabul, officials announce

Deputy Director of the Joint Staff For Regional Operations Major General Hank Taylor said the US military had resumed evacuation flights from Kabul following a delay due to congestion at a staging base in Qatar, during a press conference in Washington DC on Friday.

“Our throughput has increased and we continue to observe steady progress in Kabul,” he said.
