USA: Starbucks workers at Buffalo store vote to unionise

The majority of Starbucks workers at a Buffalo announced their intention to unionise after a vote took place on Thursday.
According to the National Labor Relations Board people voted 19-8 in favour of unionising. The other two stores in the same city did not reach conclusive results.
If no objections are made in the next five days, the results will be certified this month. Starbucks has reportedly not supported unionisation, saying it prefers to work directly with its employees.
