Biggest thing I’ve found over the holidays so that I don’t stress is to still make time for my workouts ???????? im always more energized and relaxed when I’ve taken the time to move my body!

I’ve made it easier than ever this year because all you have to do is follow the daily workouts in our BURN by Rebecca app through December. You simply open up the app and do the workout for that day!

We have added LOTS of full lengths workouts in so if you do miss a day no need to stress cause we will still get your full body worked out ????????

And to keep it fun, festive and new I’ve got a whole bunch of extra workouts I’ll be adding through the month plus some lives to keep our community all together! ????????
