Federal agents have deployed tear gas and flash bangs against Black Lives Matter protesters in Portland, Oregon, minutes after protesters shot fireworks at the federal courthouse early on Monday morning.
One shocking video shows a woman struggling to breathe and eventually collapsing as she is overcome by the effects of tear gas.
