Yemen: Tens of thousands celebrate birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad in Sanaa

Tens of thousands of people flocked to Sabeen Square in Yemen’s capital Sanaa on Monday to celebrate the anniversary of Prophet Muhammad’s birth.

Drone footage shows large crowds of Houthi supporters gathering in the vicinity of the Al Sha’ab mosque at the square that was decorated with flags and banners.

The occasion is marked in most of Muslim countries, with some of them holding a national holiday.
