I didn’t think I liked skiing that much, probably because when I went before I wasn’t that good! ???????? Turns out that when you get better at something you enjoy it more!

This goes for so many things in life. When we start anything new we pretty much SUCK! ????

What happens is we give up before we have a chance to be good and have fun doing it.

We put so much pressure on ourselves to get things right straight away. Next time you are giving something new a go, focus on getting just 1% better each day.

Imagine over a year you would be 365% better than when you started. Now that’s going to be a HUGE difference!

In just 4 days of back to back skiing I got so much better and I has a blast because I felt was getting stronger each day ????????

If I had given up on day 1 because it was hard, how do you think my experience of skiing would have been?!

Not great!

Stick to it girls, it’s not meant to be easy right away. It will get easier I promise you! You just have to keep going and not expect to be perfect, because you never will be! ????
