У Харкові зводять незвичайне містечко. Це містечко має назву "Отрадне". Головні мешканці містечка - діти-сироти. Незвичність цього населеного пункту полягає в тому, що для дітей зводять не одну спільну будівлю, а котеджі. У кожному з котеджів мешкатиме 10 маленьких пожильців. Містечко створено за принципом дитячого будинку сімейного типу. З оглядкою на це, й планування осель розроблялося: кожен котедж, окрім спален, має кухню, пральню, кімнату для сушіння та прасування речей. Зводить містечко обласний благодійний фонд "Cоціальна служба допомоги". За словами президента фонду Андрія Андрієнка, сьогодні цілком придатні для проживання три котеджі. Їх спорудження обійшлося у мільйон євро. Іще півтора-два мільйони євро потрібні, аби звести ще два котеджі та кілька нежитлових приміщень. Примітно, що землю для будівництва "Отрадного"- а це ділянка у 2300 квадратних метра - харківська влада надала у безкоштовну оренду терміном на 25 років. Будівельні новини. Харків. Україна. 13 травня 2010. For the first time in Kharkiv: orphanage in cottages Something not ordinary is being built in Kharkiv. It is a borough called Otradne. The orphan kids will be the main habitants of this borough. It wont be an ordinary orphanage because the kids will live in the cottages instead of one big dorm facility. There will be ten little habitants in each of the cottages. The borough is designed according to the family type orphanage (Foster family). This was taken into account while designing the houses: in addition to the sleeping rooms each cottage has a kitchen, a laundry and a special room for drying and ironing the clothes. The borough is built by the Regional Charitable Fund The Social Help Service. According to the President of the fund Andriy Andriyenko, three cottages are completely ready for dwelling. It took a million euro to build them and itll take one and a half or two millions more to build two more cottages and some nonresidential premises.
