12-Year-Old Girl Arrested For Allegedly Pinching Boy's Butt at School

12-year-old Breana Evans was arrested for doing something she considered a butt of a joke. The Florida middle schooler faces now criminal charges for allegedly pinching a student's booty. Breana explains it was part of a tongue and cheek game she and others played at school. But she and her dad never thought anything bad would come from it. Prosecutors say the battery charge could be dismissed if she completes a diversion program and passes drug tests.
