12yr old girl gives birth in Soroti

Last night, a twelve year old girl from Soroti district in Gweri sub-county proved the statistics true after delivering a baby boy. The Primary three pupil's childhood was cut short after she was defiled by a man, who has since disappeared. Her father who gave her away in exchange for a cow was arrested.
