16 year old guy getting beat up by 8 year old girl

My sister just destroyed me while i was trying to teach her how to defend her. This is on the spot, we did not practice this a head of time... I did not know we had a bat in the room. but little did I know, she already took Self Defense Classes. We were on Hard wood floor, so it hurt a lot.
