1970 Popular Mechanics Tom Thumb Minibike

My take on the classic bike from the 1970's popular mecanics magazine. The engine is a 49cc from a Chinese minibike, wheels are 4" 2 piece from an electric scooter. Guards are hand beaten aluminium over a wooden form. Expansion chamber is laser cut and tig welded from multiple sections of 0.9mm Steel.
