2006 ford focus sport 1.8 TDCI, turbo oil feed pipe upper bolt difficult to tighten

Trying to get a good turn on this turbo oil feed pipe (top) bolt, there is very little room to turn a spanner to tighten this bolt , I can finger tighten it but that's about all, it doesn't seem to turn with spanner due to extremely limited space. Any tips on how I can tighten this bolt will be hugely appreciated. Other option is to remove (or pay someone to remove) the exhaust, exhaust manifold, turbo, EGR + manifold but I really do not want to take that route just for the sake of tightening a bolt.
