2012 Makayla Lynn plays Cavendish Beach Mainstage in front of 17,000 people at 11 years old

Makayla Lynn performed at the 2011 Cavendish Beach Music Festival and was honoured when they asked her back this year. She was thrilled to play the kitchen stage as well as the VIP tent, however when the concert organizers came to her and asked her if she wanted her shot at the main stage she was speechless. Makayla took the stage for a 3 song set after Aaron Pritchett, Dallas Smith and Whispering Bill Anderson, and before Lauren Alaina, Gord Bamford and Alabama. At 11 years old it is easy to say this is a major accomplishment getting to play in front of 17,000 screaming fans. Before she went on stage she just told herself "I am about to stand in the exact same spot as Taylor Swift did 2 years ago". This is a clip from all 3 of her songs.
