2014 jeep grand cherokee transmission failure

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee will not go into reverse. A few minutes after this video, the vehicle would go into drive, but only 3rd gear and would not change from that. Check engine light is on. Needed to reverse to leave the parking spot. The vehicle was eventually towed to a dealership requiring 4 weeks for fix. The day after this, the vehicle no longer moved, it was a complete transmission failure. It required over 2 weeks to receive a new transmission and nearly 2 weeks to install due to it's complexity (so they claimed). Currently, the vehicle still has rough shifts from 1st to 2nd gear.
