7 cups mais 1.7 liter gata 1 and 1/2 cup muscovado sugar 4 tbsp flour .heat the gata with the sugar .stir well .add the mais, bring to a boil, stir ocassionaly to prevent the bottom form burning .then simer for 10 mins over low heat .after 10 mins add the diluted flour .stir continously to avoid lumps .simer for another 5 mins. .turn off the heat and its cook
