#43 Public Agent Man

At a young age, Charlie adored James Bond movies, in which he admired his secretive, larger-than-life idol while hoping they could share more than the name. Later, things took quite a different turn. Every time he turned on the TV, he was amazed by the amount of heroes people sought and desired. He was getting more and more frustrated as he noticed how humans are as dependent on their heroes as they are unable to seek true values in one another as well as within themselves. When the anger finally burst out, he became Public Agent Man, giving himself the title opposite to the one of his childhood hero. He became the gatekeeper of Villainville and started to help humans enter Villainville as heroes by discovering the hero they carry within... if they so dared.
