Native Women Speak at Plenary of Bringing Gender Home organized by US Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Women's Health with sponsorship from UNAIDS, MAC Foundation and others. On the 2nd day of this gender forum the women of the National Native American AIDS Prevention Center and related Native American organizations shared their voices-directly, sternly and unapologetically. The piece that is missing from this is the sharing of a young activist Hannabah Blue of NNAAPC. Sr. Blue opened this session with commentary that made it clear that anything dealing with health and education in America must include Native Americans.
