5 MIN AVOCADO TOAST

hi, guys, this is a simple recipe you can grab and go early morning. you can top up anything you want. comment down below for any recipe you want me to make for you. toodles, see you in my next video, remember to subscribe ingredients 1 avocado 1 slice of bread (toasted) 1 1/2 tsp olive oil (or butter) 1 egg 1 tsp vegetable oil crushed red pepper salt black pepper Directions place the bread on the board put the slices avocado on the bread and crush with a fork On a medium heat place the pan and brush with oil or butter crack in the egg and wait until yolk begin to thicken place the egg on top of the toast sprinkle with seasonings and serve
