2 small zucchinis, chopped
2 cups marinara
4 Tbsp trader joe's vegan kale pesto
8 Tbsp 3 seed superfood parm:

1 cup Brazil nuts
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup nutritional yeast
3 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Blend in food processor S blade
