To play using my save you will need to download 2 files, one is the generated world (seed Alpha17) and the other is the save file. The generated world must be copied to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Worlds" or wherever you installed 7DTD. The save file must be copied to "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves". After downloading the 2 files you need to extract (they're compressed into .RAR) and then copy the folders to the appropriate locations. Since both folders have the same name (Bireno Valley), take care to not misplace or overwrite the content. So after everything is done, you will have a folder "called Bireno" Valley in both "Worlds" and "Saves" Folders.
