We follow Live Fit Apparel athlete Katie Corio as she shows us her everyday life and what it takes to balance a healthy yet hectic lifestyle. Katie first became familiar with the NPC stage last year when she won the Ferrigno Legacy 2015. It was her first time on stage and she soon became addicted to bodybuilding. Here we catch Katie two weeks out from her next show.
