A track from the Blue Water Folk's LP, Bugs, Black Puddings and Clogs. Words by Blackburn poet William Yates set to tune by group member Derrick Stanton. The song is preceded by a poem written by Derrick called Our Childer' celebrating the lives of his and his wife's Bernadette's three children.
The LP was recorded at Astley Village Hall, Chorley and at Mike Harding's Moonraker Studio, Middleton. It was produced and engineered by Bill Leader
