Mumbai: In a setback to Aam Admi Party on Tuesday, a candidate from the party withdrew his name from the election fray, ahead of Lok Sabha Polls .
As per reports, Justice (retd) Fakhruddin, candidate from Rae Bareli seat, withdrew his name on Tuesday.
According to AAP state spokesman Vaibhav Maheshwari, "He informed the party that he would not be available for the Lok Sabha election and that is why he took back his name".
Post, his ouster, the party has now decided to field Archana Srivastava, a social worker from the constituency.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi will be contesting Lok Sabha Polls, from Rae Bareli seat.
