acer aspire 4551 blank screen HELP ME!

this laptop can't turn on. but after tried around hundred time pushing button on, then it will on. i able to format it and updated the bios but after turned off for 1 day, the same problem came again which need me to push the on button for hundred times again. hope u guys can help me. :(
