Acer Liquid Z220 Hard Reset, Factory reset, Recovery menu, Forgotten Password

1) Switch handset off. 2) Hold down volume up and power untill the phone vibrates twice. 3) Quickly release volume up and power and press and hold volume down key untill recovery options display. 4) Use volume down key and highlight 'wipe data' and press power to confirm, next highlight 'yes' and power to confirm again. 5) Highlight 'reboot system now' and press power to confirm and your phone should boot up formatted with original factory settings.
