Agimat: White Arrow Repaint? (no it doesn't afaik)

I still have yet to see the white arrow in the Agimat indicator repaint. People have said it does and I've asked for a date so that I can review it in the strategy tester. Only now has someone replied with a date! Result: it doesn't repaint.
