Editor/ author of several books (last one - "Balkans To-day & To- morrow: Political-Military Aspects of Peacekeeping Activity") and international research projects, sixty proceedings and more then two-hungered scholarly publications.    He is Doctor of Military Sciences, Professor of Russian Military Sciences Academy, International Academy of National Security, and Academy of Geopolitical Problems. He has several decorations, including UN, Russian and other medals.   Education: 1970 - Military Secondary School after A.V.
