Air India ground staff assaulted DJ Olly Esse in Hyderabad

An Italian DJ has alleged that Air India ground staff misbehaved with her and assaulted her when she asked for assistance. DJ Olly Esse's flight was to take off from Hyderabad airport and was delayed by over 9 hours. When she went to enquire, she was allegedly spoken to rudely. Then a scuffle started. When the DJ tried to film the incident, the staff at the desk said that she did not have consent to film. According to the airline the staff by mistake hit the DJ’s hand and her phone dropped. The DJ on the other hand said she was assaulted and her plea for help was ignored.
