Air Watch MDM Agent configuration fails

Request #225670 when trying to enroll a new device with iOS 7.01 or 7.02 to AirWatch we are facing an issue: 1. we cannot use the email of the user (or any email @tfo.org) to automatically find the server address and group ID the error message is: unable to retrieve the server using the email. 2. if we use the manual settings (environment address (ds118.awmdm.com) and TFO as the ID) AW agent complains that the device is not compatible with the environment.error code 9003
