Almost crashed a Peugeot 408

Driving on a Friday night and encountered a close call with the pug. Driver seems to be drunk and was driving very slow after I passed the car. Very obvious that the driver ran a red light and did not wait for traffic to clear before making the turn. A Proton Saga did ran a red light and made the u turn just seconds before this Peugeot but the Peugeot though it could do the same. This near miss nearly caused a 4 car accident as there were 2 more cars on the right lane and one more behind me. This incident happened in Malaysia in Selayang, Selangor. Selayang is also nearby Kuala Lumpur. The video was recorded with a Xiao Mi Yi Dashcam car black box recorder. It can record up to 130 degree angle at full HD 1080P at 30 fps. The video was not enhanced in any way and it can perform very well at night given its price of RM200 bought new.
