You may remember Kim Nelson from her appearance on the hit NBC show, Shark Tank. Even though Daisy Cakes is a smaller operation than the sharks would usually invest in, Kim was able to secure a deal with Barbara Corcoran. But that hasn’t changed the homemade approach she takes when baking Daisy Cakes. There are no industrial mixing machines or ovens. Ingredients are sifted by hand and baked the old-fashioned way. And it doesn’t appear to be slowing them down at all.
