Ampucise - Amputee Exercise Routine

Ampucise - Amputee Exercise RoutineУ вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
A simple 6 exercise routine geared at amputees. You don't need a lot of time or fancy equipment to get a good core and cardio pump. List Of Exercises: ---------------------------- 1. Squat Thrust - 10-15 reps, 3 sets. You can use a chair to modify the exercise if it is too hard going all the way to the ground. (Note rounder chair example in the video) 2. Ball Elevated Push Up - 3 set 20. If you don't have a ball, you can use a chair, bench or couch to put your legs or lower torso on. Hanging off something is a great modifier and makes push-ups possible no matter your level of leg amputation. 3. Mountain Climbers - 3 sets of 15. After the second leg reaches the front position it is 1 rep. Once again you can use a chair, front or back of the couch, table or wall if going down all the way is too challenging. 4. Stand To Plank - 3 sets of 10. Really works your core. You can walk out a shorter distance on your hands if it is too hard. You can also use the ball. Place your lower torso on the ball and walk out and back on your hands. Another method is to place your knees on the ground and walk out and back using your hands from that position. 5. V Star Crunches 15-20 reps. Second leg touch is 1 rep. Do partial crunches if it is too hard. You can also place your legs on a chair or elevate and bend your legs to crunch it out. 6. Rounders - 10 reps. Going to each side and returning to the middle the second time is 1 rep. I had to use a chair for my last two sets. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As you can see my form is pretty sloppy on some of these. The main goal is to get through the sets. Believe me you will feel it! Don't think this is too hard. There are lot's of ways to modify your routine to fit your circumstances. Exercise is a great way to feel better and get some endorphins flowing. Music - Nine Inch Nails. Lifted and edited samples from the song 'The Warning' off of the Year Zero LP http://yearzero.nin.com/ A lot of my exercise ideals are derived from modifying routines featured at Bodyrock.tv http://www.bodyrock.tv/
