Animal Planet's Baby Animals with Chloe the Alpaca

Crystal Pyramid Productions provided a crew of two - Director of Photography Mark Schulze and Sound Technician Patty Mooney - to videotape B-Roll of Chloe the Alpaca and her loving family along with an interview of the ranch's matriarch, Michelle. As a behind-the-scenes note, the crew was on call for several weeks to be available at the moment that the pregnant Chloe would give birth. She had several "false alarms" and finally did give birth quietly, away from any production lighting, so unfortunately it was not documented here. They say that llamas have a face that only a mother could love, but all the critters on this ranch - including alpacas, llamas, Dalmations, horses and even peacocks, many of them rescued animals - are pampered and loved like children.
