Anissina & Peizerat (FRA) - 2000 Worlds FD Carmina Burana

My favorite FD from a great team. Marina Anissina's wildness and their artistry made their skating SO thrilling. This Gold Medal winning performance was choreographed by Torvill and Dean, trademarked by both of them having to be technically as good as each other (check out Gwendel's jumps across the ice!) and the wonderful role reversal lift towards the end (esp Marina's triumphant facial expression!) and the home crowd (Nice, France) rightly cheering - c'est magnifique!!
