Annoying Cyclist

This guy was just being really annoying, twice he overtook me then seemed to deliberately slow down! I was going slow as it was really hot and don't mind being overtaken, just don't slow down straight away! In the end I got sick of it and put a bit of effort in and lost him (after nearly colliding with him when he pulled out after not looking behind him properly). I don't think he made it through the lights.
