Ark "Video Driver Crashed and Was Reset" Fix

This is a fix to the most common error that has plagued me throughout my experience with Ark. I usually do this every time there is an update to the game and has helped with stability when loading the game. Hope it helps you guys also as I know some of my friends have also had this error!
