I really like how the product comes with a bag for easy traveling. I also like how it came with a guide in directing how long I should do the foot massage for as a beginner. After the first 10min my feet did feel a little tingly feeling, which, I think is normal, as described in the guide. I would not recommend standing on this foot massage, because it cannot carry such weight and it will break. It is important to follow the instructions and sit with legs parallel to the floor.
