Arulmigu Karumalai Kandhavelan temple is situated at Periyamuthur, KRP Dam post, Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu, India. The prime temple (Moolasthanam) is on top of a hill at Muthur Mountain. Downhill there is a temple of Lord Venkateshwara, Lord Siva, Lord Ganesha and goddess Draupati Amman of epic Mahabharata. The temple is connected with uphill moolasthanam by steps. These temples were build long back in 1965 and inaugurated by Late Thiru Muruga Kirubanandha Variyar Swamigal.
