Tale progetto ha coinvolto ben 12 giovani talenti da tutto il mondo, che si sono uniti, oltre che per porre i propri auguri, per sottolineare come la magia della musica può superare ogni distanza, facendo arrivare il suo messaggio di pace e speranza in qualsiasi punto dell'universo.
