Australia adoption law change raises concerns

Australia is changing its laws to make it easier to adopt children from abroad. The Hague Convention, an international agreement, oversees inter-country adoption. But some are concerned that not all countries Australia has agreements with are signatories, raising fears that relaxing the system might unknowingly support victims of child trafficking.
