Australia is changing its laws to make it easier to adopt children from abroad. The Hague Convention, an international agreement, oversees inter-country adoption. But some are concerned that not all countries Australia has agreements with are signatories, raising fears that relaxing the system might unknowingly support victims of child trafficking. Al Jazeera's Andrew Thomas reports from Sydney.
