avconv problem

Hi, I have a big problem, when my wireless camera have troubles in connection or I restart my camera then avconv/ffmpeg stop working. I find this http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=724 , but I'm not a good programmer - can u do something to help me ?
