Bad Back, Online Courses and My Famous T-Shirts!

Hi Everyone, Really sorry about this but I have to pause recording video's for a short period as my back problem has become more painful. Two years ago I suffered a double prolapsed disc problem in my lower back and it took almost a full year to recover. Last week, having spent a full day leading a beginners experience day, at the end of the day, I bent forward to lift a small piece of brace comb off the roof of a hive and felt a sharp pain in my lower back. This gradually became worse of the next few days. I'm hopeful that it is not as bad as previous but it is quite painful so I have decided to pause recording three videos a week for a couple of weeks to try to give my baack some time to recover. I've spent a few days already flat on my back doing as little as possible. Please stay in touch via messages here on YouTube or Facebook and I will get back on it as soon as possible.
