Bad Coil Whine in 2019 Razer Blade Advanced 2070 RTX Laptop

Update 4/15/19: I received my replacement laptop from Razer about a week from the day I shipped back the RMA'd unit. The replacement was brand new and it has almost identical coil whine. At this point, I'm just going to try to get used to it. It's a great laptop in every other way and the feedback I've received in the comments and in other forums seems to indicate this is somewhat common on laptops with similar hardware. Original: This is a demonstration of what I believe to be "coil whine" in my new 2019 Razer Blade Advanced RTX 2070 Laptop. I wouldn't mind so much if it only happened under load, but it is a constant sound which only gets louder as the system becomes more utilized. Here is a demonstration of me just browsing the web, the fans aren't even blowing for the majority of the video, although the whine is loud enough to be heard over the fans, even at full tilt (and the fans on this laptop are loud, but not unpleasant). You may need headphones to experience the sounds. It is high pitched and you definitely won't be able to hear it on cellphone speakers.
