Speeeeeeeed run! Start the propellers, activate the left blue rocket, and then immediately the right one (use the icon for the right one). You're looking to get a nice 45º angle. If you get that, hit the red rocket icon and off you go. Zoom out to see where you are, and if you haven't come back down near the end, turn off the propellers to drop faster. It is possible to fly out of the right hand side (at least I think that's what happens) which resets the level.
