Baileigh Industrial full CNC 9 axis hydraulic mandrel bender in action. The CNC-R has a multi stack head and push bender tooling, this means you can bend multiple radii in the same length of tube, for example a 1.5D bend followed by a 3D bend followed by a long sweeping bend, the machine will feed the tube into to the tooling make the bend and then, rotate if it needs to, re-insert into the next piece of tooling for the next bend and it will do this for round tube and square tube. This machine has 60mm mild steel capacity, our range covers 35 - 350mm OD capacity in mild steel, the biggest OD you can rotary draw bend before you need to move in to induction bending. This type of control allows you to bend many complex shapes and with special tooling you can make compound bends, where a bend starts within a bend. The machine is operated by a touch screen system that is easy to use, you can upload to it, download from it or use the software to create the programs on it - the system has 3D simulation where you can view the bends before you make them, it has an anti-crash program so if the bends you are trying to create aren't possible it will tell you, it has spring back compensation and it allows the factory to dial in to the machine if there are any user issues.
