Bala- Size 12 cant fit my size 10 foot !!!!!

Bala just purchased a pair of shoes from the streets of Nairobi. The irony is that his foot size is number 10 but number 12 cant accommodate half of it.... {Going about this problem with the morning-rush-hour time to beat in Nairobi is worsened by his lack of an alternative pair.... His friends end up leaving him behind. }
